and July 13, 2017 meetings.
5. Presentation of 2016 Distinguished Service Award to the Calhoun County Historical Commission. (MP)
6. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request for a Juvenile Case Manager Position. (MP)
7. Consider and Take Necessary Action to amend the 2017 Salary Order. (MP)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on specifications for the Lease of Land for Dry Land Farming and
authorize the County Auditor to advertise for bids. (VL)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action on specifications for Base Operator and Airport Manager
Agreement and authorize the County Auditor to advertise for bids. (VL)
10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on petition to vacate the portion of the Mayfield Subdivision that
is proposed to be the Three Palms Subdivision. (KF)

14. Consider and Take Necessary Action on matter of amending Calhoun County Personnel Policy by
amending the Calhoun County Sick Leave Policy (See attached changes) (DH)
15. Acknowledge and Accept letter from the Calhoun County water Control & Improvement District No. 1
which has been signed by all board members, stating the district wishes to withdraw from the collective
direction of the 2017-2019 Calhoun County Depository Contract. Said letter will be retained in the

16. Consider and Take Necessary Action on the 2017-2018 Texas Association of Counties Health Renewal
and Benefit Confirmation for Calhoun County's group insurance rates. Said increase of rates will take
effect on October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Authorize County Judge to sign necessary
documents. (MP)
17. Consider and Take Necessary Action on FY 2018 Texas VINE Renewal. This includes the R-14
Maintenance Renewal with the Office of the Attorney General and R-14 Service Agreement Renewal
with Appriss and Authorize County Judge to sign all necessary agreements. (MP)
18. Consider and Take Necessary Action on two appointments to the General Assembly of the Golden
Crescent Regional Planning Commission and one appointment to the Board of Directors. (MP)
19. Consider and Take Necessary Action on the matter of changing the dates of the meetings in September
to September 7, 2017 and September 21, 2017 due to conflicts. (MP)

purchased in January, 1989 as surplus/salvage and remove from Sheriff Department Inventory. (MP)

office of the Sheriff's Department as Surplus/Salvage and remove from inventory. (MP)
27. Consider and Take Necessary Action to declare the old stage curtain in the old Ag Building as Salvage

29. Consider and Take Necessary Action to declare an Odyssey Leather Chair with all steel black base in
the Sheriff's Department, Inventory #565-0735 purchased 12/17/2014 as surplus/salvage and remove
from Inventory. Warranty is not honored since original wheels were removed. (MP)
30. Consider and Take Necessary Action to declare certain items of County property in the Calhoun County
Library as Surplus/Salvage. (See list) (MP)
31. Consider and Take Necessary Action to declare a Ricoh Printer, SN#59918800244 in the Office of the
County Judge as Surplus/Salvage and remove from Inventory. Printer is Obsolete and parts can no
longer be ordered. (MP)
32. Consider and take necessary action on the matter of declaring certain items of County property as
surplus/salvage.
33. Consider and Take Necessary Action to declare certain items of County property in the Calhoun County
