7. Consider and take necessary action on Preliminary Plat of Replat of Outlot 1, Outblock

8. Consider and take necessary action to amend the Airport Manager Contract. Amend
Article XI, Section 4 to read: For the first year, Lessee will provide a single performance
bond or equivalent in the amount of $10,000.00 to ensure the performance of its
obligations under this lease agreement and the Contract. Authorize the County Judge to
sign the amended Contract. (VL)
9. Consider and take necessary action on request by EMS Director to open an account with
Tintle and Hughes and authorize all appropriate signatures on credit application. (MP)
10. Consider and take necessary action on First Responder Affiliation Agreement (FRO) and
authorize EMS Director Dustin Jenkins to sign document. (MP)
11. Consider and take necessary action to authorize County Treasurer to obtain County
Credit Cards for Judge -Elect Richard Meyer and Commissioner -Elect Gary Reese, to be
effective as early in January, 2019 as possible. (MP)
12. Consider and take necessary action on Agreement with Associated Supply Company
(DBA ASCO) to purchase Gradall XL3100 through the HGACBuy— Contract EM06-17
for $355,584.20 and authorize Commissioner Finster to sign documents. (KF)
