The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday, September
26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211
S. Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Approve Minutes of August 15, 2018 Meeting and August 22, 2018 Meeting.
5. Consider and take necessary action on Final plat of Menchaca Subdivision No. 1,
Calhoun County, Texas. (VL)
6. Consider and take necessary action on Final Plat of Caracol Resubdivision No. 3 (Lot
29R — which replaces Lots 26 and 27). (KF)
7. Consider and take necessary action on request for a County Credit card for Karen Lyssy,
Family and Community Health Extension Agent. (MP)
8. Consider and take necessary action on Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between
Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) and Calhoun County Sheriff's Department
for the Reimbursement of Joint Operations Expenses from the Treasury Forfeiture Fund.

9. Consider and take necessary action to acknowledge an increase in the Sheriff s Forfeited
Property Fund 2860-999-63920 Miscellaneous by $1,200 and 2860-999-63150 K-9
Services/Supplies by $3,000. (MP)
10. Consider and take necessary action on purchase of a 2007 Ford F150 that was abandoned.
Purchase will be from Emprex Motor Financial in the amount of $3,494.24 from
Narcotics Forfeiture. (MP)
