10. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Preliminary Plat of the Lueckemeyer
Subdivision, Port O'Connor, Texas which is as replat of Lots 1 and 2 in Block D of the
Port O'Connor Townsite, Port O'Connor, Texas recorded in Volume 02, Page 001 of the
Deed Records of Calhoun County, Texas. (GR)
11. Consider and take necessary action to vacate all of Lot 8 and the adjoining 25.00 feet of
Lot 7 in Block 2 of the Turpen Addition, Magnolia Beach, Texas as recorded in Volume Z,
Page 151 of the Plat Records of Calhoun County, Texas. (DH)
12. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Preliminary Plat of Rosangely
Subdivision, Magnolia Beach, Texas which is a replat of all of Lot 8 and the adjoining
25.00 feet of Lot 7 in Block 2 of the Turpen Addition, Magnolia Beach, Texas as recorded
in Volume Z, Page 151 of the Plat Records of Calhoun County, Texas. (DH)
13. Consider and take necessary action to accept the 2019 Racial Profiling report that was
submitted to the State to be in compliance with TCOLE requirements. (RM)
14. Consider and take necessary action to approve the revised interlocal agreement with the
Texas Department of Public Safety for the Failure to Appear Program and authorize the
County Judge to sign. (RM)
15. Consider and take necessary action to approve a contract with Walker Keeling LLP to
represent Calhoun County in a certain matter pertaining to the Tax Abatement
Agreement ("Agreement') by and between Novus International Inc. and Calhoun
County, Texas, authorize the County Judge to sign said representation agreement and
authorize Walker Keeling LLP to act and proceed with representing Calhoun County in
this matter, including, but not limited to sending Novus International Inc. a demand
letter for compliance with the terms of the Agreement. (RM)
16. Consider and take necessary to retain Allison, Bass &Magee LLP to review existing
political boundaries and present potential redistricting plans upon completion of the
2020 census and authorize the County Judge to sign all pertinent documents. (RM)
17. Accept the attached list of donations to the Calhoun County Public Library System during
January 2020. (RM)
18. Consider and take necessary action to declare the attached list of items as
Surplus/Salvage and authorize the Calhoun County Librarian to dispose of same. (RM)
19. Consider and take necessary action to declare the attached list of items as Waste and
authorize the Calhoun County Librarian to dispose of same. (RM)
20. Consider and take necessary to place funds from scrap metal recycling in the amount of
$203.50 to be placed into the 2020 Precinct 1 Budget Account #540-53510 Road and
Bridge Supplies. (check # 64033794 - $146.30 and check # 64033848 - $57.20), (DH)
