10:00 a.m, in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S, Ann

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Approve Minutes of December 9, 2010, December 13, 2010, December 20, 2010 and
January 1, 2011 Meetings.
5. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center.
6. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period
January 16, 2011 through February 15, 2011. (CM)
Consider and take necessary action to award bids for Insecticides/Pesticides for the
period beginning January 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2011. (CM)
8. Consider and take necessary action to approve Specifications for a 3,000 Gallon Tanker
truck for the Six Mile Community Volunteer Fire Department and authorize County
Auditor to advertise for bids. Bids will be due February 17, 2011 and will be considered
for award on February 24, 2011. (VL)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Petition to abandon and vacate a 0.105 acre
portion of Elizabeth Street in the Juan Cano Survey, Abstract No. 5, Calhoun County,
Texas, Volume Z, Page 62 of the Plat Records of Calhoun County Texas. (RG)
10. Consider and take necessary action to approve the following Contracts and authorize
payments, and authorize County Judge to sign: (MP)
(1) Calhoun County Soil and Water Conservation District #345 for $7,750.00
(2) Calhoun County Senior Citizens Association, Inc. for $35,000.00
(3) The ARC of Calhoun County for $10,000.00
(4) Gulf Bend Center for $26,000.00

17. Consider and take necessary action to accept donation of equipment (air packs and rescue
equipment) purchased by the Port O'Connor Volunteer Fire Department. (KF)
18. Pass Order setting maximum salaries, making various appropriations, setting vacation
policy and sick leave policy, setting policy on payment of hospitalization insurance
premium, setting holiday schedule and setting other miscellaneous policy matters. (CM)
