Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve Minutes of August 23, 2012 and September 13, 2012 Meetings. 5. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center. 6: Award bids for Fuel to be delivered for the period November 16, 2012 through December 15, 2012. (CM) 7. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Appointments/reappointments to the Calhoun County Historical Commission. (MP) 8. Consider and Take Necessary Action to Declare Caboose (Asset 4656-0004) as surplus and remove from Historical Commission inventory. (MP) 9. Consider and Take Necessary Action to sell Railroad Caboose to City of Port Lavaca for $1.00 (LGC 263.152(a)(1)). (MP) 10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Social Security Replacement — OBRA Plan hosted by Nationwide Retirement Solutions, and if approved, authorize County Treasurer, Rhonda Kokena to sign as Plan Administrator. (RK) 11. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Contract with Don Paul Bunnell, M.D., for Medical Direction and authorize County Judge to sign. (HB) 12.
