and holden at the Courthouse in the City of Port Lavaca, said County and State, at 9:00

Thereupon the following proceedings were had
Commissioner Galvan gave the Invocation and Commissioner Finster led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
• BIDS AND PROPOSALS — SALARY STUDY OUALIFICATIONS
County Auditor Comiskey stated there was an error in the advertisement to receive
qualifications for the Salary Study; the deadline was shown as January 2e instead of
January31 `. Also, he failed to send bids to three people.
A Motion was made by Commissioner Finster and seconded by Commissioner Galvan to
emend the deadline to January 31, 2002 to receive qualifications and proposals for the
salary study, to be opened at 10:00 A.M. Commissioners Galvan, Floyd, Finster and
Judge Marshall all voted in favor.
There was no General Discussion.
