5. Approve Minutes of May 26, 2011, June 13, 2011 and June 23, 2011 Meetings.
6. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period
July 16, 2011 through August 15, 2011. (CM)
Consider and take necessary action to reject and return unopened any RFQs received on
July 7, 2011 for Engineering Services in support of Calhoun County State and Federal
Grants. (CM)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise for qualifications for Engineering Services in support of Calhoun
County State and Federal Grants. RFQs will be due Thursday, August 4, 2011 and
considered for award on Thursday, August 11, 2011. (CM)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action to authorize the general fund to loan $86,365 to
Capital Project Fund -Energy Efficiency/SECO Stimulus (Reimbursement -based grant)

Payment Service, Inc. (d/b/a "GovPayNet") and authorize County Judge to sign.

18. Consider and Take Necessary Action to amend the county personnel policy
"Compensatory Time and Overtime" to comply with StoneGarden protocol for law
