Thereupon the following proceedings were had:
Judge Marghall gave the Invocation and commissioner
Finster led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSAL ~O INCREASE ~O~AL TAX REVENUES
FROM PROPER~IESON ~HE ~AX ROLL IN ~HE PRECEDING YEAR
Judge Marshall announced the Public Hearing on Proposal to
Increase Total Tax Revenues from Propeties on the Tax Roll
in the proceding Year was open at 10:01 A.M. There being
no comment from the public, Judge Marshall closed the
Public Hearing at 10:01 A.M.
No action was taken. Tax increase to be adopted on
September 26, 2002.
Commissioner Galvan arrived at 10:05 A.M.
