The CommissionersCourt of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
June 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at
211 S. Sinn Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledges of Allegiance.
4. General Discussion of Public Matters and Public Participation.
5. Approve the minutes of the June 3, 2020 meeting.
6. Consider and take necessary action to change the vehicle insurance policy for the
Calhoun County Sheriffs Office from its current coverage to the proposed coverage
accompanying this request. This will be an additional premium yearly cost of
approximately $6,000.00 and will cover all the Sheriffs Office vehicles for damages with
a $2,500.00 deductible. (RM)
7. Consider and take necessary action to renew a Non -Revenue Account Affidavit &
Agreement with the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority and authorize the EMS
Director to sign. This agreement will allow the CCEMS to utilize toll roads free of charge.

8. Consider and take necessary action to approve the renewal agreement with Southern
Software for the Mobile Data Information System (MDIS) and authorize the EMS Director
to sign. (RM)

9. Consider and take necessary action to pre -approve expenditures by incumbent County
or Precinct Officer(s) under Calhoun County's Policy of Compliance with LGC 130.908.
