CONSIDER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION (AGENDA ITEM NO. 10) To approve the specifications and plans and authorize the County Auditor and G&W Engineers, Inc. to advertise for bids for the 2020 Calhoun County Boating Access Improvements (Magnolia Beach Boat Ramp Improvements and Six Mile Park Boat Ramp Improvements). A mandatory pre -bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2020 beginning at Six Mile Park Pavilion, end of Park Road off FM 1090, Port Lavaca, TX. Bids will be due By 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2020 and considered for award on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. (DH) This will be funded from GOMESA funds.
