10. Consider and take necessary action on Order Restricting Certain Fireworks in
Unincorporated Areas of Calhoun County, Texas. (VL)
11. Consider and take necessary action to close and use the Port Alto Beach Property for a
public fireworks display by LGN Enterprises on July 04, 2009 with Calhoun County
being named as Also Insured on all Liability Insurance Coverage. (NF)
12. Consider and take necessary action to approve for Trade in 2006 C2500 pickup, VIN#
GCHC23U26F 114544 and remove from Calhoun County Precinct 41 Inventory. (RG)
13. Consider and take necessary action to approve for purchase 2009 Chevrolet Vin#
