Ann Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. Judge Richard Meyer called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. 2. Invocation. Commissioner David Hall 3. Pledges of Allegiance. US Flag- Commissioner Gary Reese Texas Flag -Commissioner Vern Lyssy 4. General Discussion of Public Matters and Public Participation. Consider and take necessary action to authorize the County Treasurer to issue a credit card to Roshanda Thomas, interim CEO of Memorial Medical Center, with a credit limit of $10,000. (RM) Rhonda stated it was simple to edit the limit, in the event that there is a disaster. Consider and take necessary action to authorize Ron Reger, IT Coordinator, to sign an agreement with NetMotion to upgrade the current NetMotion installation to the most current version and migrate from permanent licenses to a subscription. (RM) Ron Reger explained the benefits of upgrading. (RM) La Donna Thigpen explained the reason for renewing/updating the plan. (RM) Judge Richard Meyer read a letter from the Janik Alligators LLC. Judge and Commissioners explained the situation amongst themselves.
