NOTICE OF MEETING
The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
November 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County
Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:

Commissioner Gary Reese asked the court to sing happy birthday to Commissioner Vern
Lyssy, whose birthday was on November 9th

5. Consider and take necessary action to authorize the County Treasurer to issue a credit
card to Roshanda Thomas, interim CEO of Memorial Medical Center, with a credit limit of
$10,000. (RM)
Rhonda stated it was simple to edit the limit, in the event that there is a
disaster.

agreement with NetMotion to upgrade the current NetMotion installation to the most
current version and migrate from permanent licenses to a subscription. (RM)
Ron Reger explained the benefits of upgrading.

Judge and Commissioners explained the situation amongst themselves.
