C673 Port O'Connor, Texas and to authorize Urban Engineering to advertise for bids. A
pre -bid meeting shall be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021at the Boggy
Bayou Nature Park, Port O'Connor, Texas. Bids will be due before 2:00:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, December 21, 2021. (GR)

Commissioner Gary Reese adds: Under article 8 #E, all protest and
disputes will be held in court by Calhoun County, Texas.
