Election Judges provided by the Calhoun County Chairs for the Democratic and

at the Calhoun County Museum and authorize the County Judge to sign the service
agreement. (RHM)
9. Consider and take necessary action to upgrade the Tyler Recorder Suite to the Tyler
Saas system for the County Clerk's office and authorize the County Clerk to sign all
documentation. (RHM)
10. Public Hearing to discuss a Petition to Vacate Outlots 9, 10, and 11, outblock 10 and
Outlots 6 and 7, Outblock 27, Port O'Connor Townsite Outlots.

12. Public Hearing on an order to vacate and abandon a portion of unconstructed public
road containing 7.22 acres situated in the Manuela Venitez Survey, Abstract No. 39 of
Calhoun County, Texas and being a portion of the Platted Roads in Lots 5, 6, 9 and 10
shown on the plat of Green Lake Farms Subdivision recorded in Volume Z, Page 6 of the
Plat Records of Calhoun County. Property Owners are: Jerry A. Irvin, Ineos Nitriles USA,
LLC, Michael J. Janysek, Patrick V. Janysek, and Vincent G. Janysek, Jr.
13. Consider and take necessary action to vacate and abandon a portion of unconstructed
public road containing 7.22 acres situated in the Manuela Venitez Survey, Abstract No.
39 of Calhoun County, Texas and being a portion of the Platted Roads in Lots 5, 6, 9

Improvement District for the Well Site. (GDR)
15. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Digital Mapping Service Agreement
between Calhoun County Precinct 1 and Sentry Mapping Services, LLC and authorize
Commissioner David Hall to sign the agreement and all necessary documents and utilize
account 2697-999-63920-575 Donation Fund for the Historical Commission for payment
of rendered services. (DEH)
16. Consider and take necessary action to accept and approve the HEBP Renewal Insurance
Benefit rates for 2022 — 2023 and authorize Judge Meyer to initial and sign the Benefit
Confirmation Packet. Said rates will take effect on October 1, 2022. (RHM)
