Jamison, being the Owner of the property subdivided in the above and fore- going map of Brook Hollow, Section PV, do hereby make subdivision of said property accord- ing to the lines, streets, lots, building lines and easements therein shown, and designate said subdivision as BROOK HOLLOW,,SECTION V. in the ALEXANDRO ESPARZ.A ONE. -HALF LEAGUE GRANT, CALHOUN COUNTY, TEXAS; and dedicate to public use as such the streets, and ease- ments shown thereon forever;,and do -,hereby waive any claims for damages occasioned by the alteration of the surface of any portion of streets to conform to such grades; and hereby bind myself, my heirs, and assigns to warrant and forever defend the title to the land so dedicated. There is also dedicated for utilities an unobstructed aerial easement five (5) feet wide from a plane twenty (20) feet above the ground upward located adjacent to all ease- ments shown hereon. Further, all, the property subdivided in the above and foregoing map shall be re- stricted in its use, which restrictions shall run with the title to the property, and shall be enforceable, at the option of the City of Port Lavaca, by said City or any citizen thereof, by injunction, as follows: 1. All streets shall be sixty (60) feet wide and all easements shall be the width designated in the above and foregoing map. 2. The front building line shall be forty (40) feet, the side building line shall Q be ten (10) feet, the interior building line fire (5) feet fr m the property line.
