I, G.H. Dabney, hereby certify.that I am-Q.
laalAf-ice surveyor of the State of Texas, and 'further certify that
I'have surveyed and subdivided the five acre tract of land in
the A. Esparza One-half League in Calhoun County, Texas, as fully
described by metes and bounds in a deed as recorded in Vol. 52
page 290 of the deed records of Calhoun County, Texas, and that
said deed recites therein, that the southerly one-half thereof
is conveyed to R.E. Key and S.A. Key, and that the remaining one
half is. not conveyed remaining in the name of Ellen Rahll Dierlam,
nee Jordan, the said five acre tract in said deed being described
by meets and bounds as followsr
Land in Calhoun County, Texas, being a five acre tract
of land out of the farm generally known as the A. T;aarsh homeplace, . in
the A. Esparza one-half League and being a part of tracts No. Four and
five of the Linn subdivision on Lavaca Bay, the said five acre tract
being by metes and bounds as follows.,
.Beginning on Lavaca Bay in the north corner of the A.
Marsh fifty acre tract, it being the point where the .subdivission lines
of tracts No. five and six intersect the bay shore;
Thence with said subdivision line north 65 deg. west
941 feet to its intersection with the east boundary line of the now Hug -
the -coast highway No. 35;
Thence with said boundary line south 21 deg. west
231.9 feet to a post for corner;
Thence South 65 deg. east 941 feet to corner on
Lavaca Bay; Thence up said bay to the place of beginning, containing
five acres of land.
That the said map and.plat of the same as hereto
attached is a true and accurate representation•.of.the•same as. stated.
by me. I further certify that the private road as shown thereon is
31.9 feet wide and that the lots are numbered from one to thirty six
Inclusive; that the same has been given the designation as "Key and
Jordan sub -division of parts of tracts 4 & 5 of the Linn Sub -division
Calhoun County, Texas".
