NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
January 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse,
211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calhoun County Commissioners' Courtwill hold a
Public Hearing in the Commissioners' Courtroom, 211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, in Port
Lavaca, Texas, on January 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. regarding a Request to Vacate and
Abandon a portion of unconstructed public road (alley) described as a 0.08-acre tract being a
10 ft. wide alley in Block 4, Bayside Beach Unit Two, more fully described by metes and
bounds in the Application and Notice. Property owner is: Horned Hornet, LLC.
The public shall have the right to be present and participate in such hearing.
