NOTICE E OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Tuesday,
April 18, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at
211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port ]Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.

2. Executive Session: The Commissioners' Court shall go into Executive Session
as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapter D.
Following is the subject matter of the Executive Session and the Specific
Section of the Open Meetings Act permitting discussion/deliberation in
Executive Session.
Section 551-074. A government body may conduct a closed meeting
to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,
duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
3. Convene Open Session,
4. Consider and take necessary action on matters discussed in the Executive
Session.
5. Adjourn.
