The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
September 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County
Courthouse, 211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calhoun County Commissioners' Court will hold a
Public Hearing in the Commissioners' Courtroom, 211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, in Port Lavaca,
Texas, on September 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
Public Hearing concerning a Petition to Vacate a 7.41-acre portion of Farm Tract 19, 28 Units of
Tenant Purchase Subdivision as recorded in Volume Z, Page 78 of the Plat Records of Calhoun
County, Texas.
This notice is in accordance with Section 111.007 and Section 111.0075 of the Texas Local
Government code.
