described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGIR41NG at a 5/8 inch diameter rebar (with yellow plastic cap stamped "URBAN SURVEYING,
INC.") set to mark the common corner of said Outblock 44 and Outblock 45, Port O'Connor Townsite
Outlots. in the southeast right-of-way line of Stella Avenue (40' R.O.W.) and further said iron rod marks
the common corner of said Barbara Welder tract and that certain tract of land described as 4.36 acres as
conveyed to Leonard Fisher according to instrument recorded in Volume 41, Page 80 of the Deed
girds of said County:

end of an existing behead, at 136.30 feet pass a 5/8 inch diameter rebar (with yellow plastic cap
stamped "URBAN SURVEYING, INC.") set for reference, and continuing for on overall distance of
236.30 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNNG, containing within these metes and bounds 2.54 acres of
