BEING a 4.441 acre tract of land situated in the Maximo
Sanchez Survey, Abstract No. 35, Calhoun County. Texas and being
all of that same tract of land described as 3.099 acres
conveyed on July 10. 1981 from Clara Mae Boyd to F. C.
Keathley. et ux. and recorded in Volume 345. Pages 588-590
In the Deed Records of Calhoun County. Texas and all of
that some tract of land described as 1.342 acres conveyed
on July 10. 1981 from Florence M. Snider to F.C. Keathley.
