2005-01-01 SPECIAL JANUARY TERM HELD JANUARY 1, 2005 e THE STATE OF TEXAS ~ !j !j COUNTY OF CALHOUN BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the 1" day of January, A,D" 200S there was begun and holden at the Agriculture Building at the Fairground in the City of Port Lavaca, said County and State, at 10:00 A,M" a Special Term of the Commissioners' Court, within said County and State, and there were present on this date the following members of the Court, to-wit: Michael J, Pfeifer Roger C. Galvan Michael J, Balajka Neil E. Fritsch Kenneth W. Finster Wendy Marvin County Judge Commissioner, PreCinct 1 Commissioner, Precinct 2 Commissioner, Precinct 3 Commissioner, Precinct 4 Deputy County Oerk Thereupon the following proceedings were had: Commissioner Galvan gave the Invocation and Commissioner Finster led the Pledge of Allegiance, APPROVE BONDS FOR NEWLY ELECTED AND RE-ELECTED COUNTY OFFICIALS: e A Motion was made by Commissioner Finster and seconded by Commissioner Balajka to Approve the Bonds for Gloria Ochoa, County Tax Assessor/Collector and Neil Fritsch, Commissioner Precinct #3, Commissioners' Galvan, Balajka, Finster and Judge Pfeifer all voted in favor, SWEAR IN NEWLY ELECTED AND RE-ELECTED COUNTY OFFICIALS: The following Newly Elected and Re-elected Officials were sworn in by Judge Pfeifer, Sheriff B,B, Browning, Tax Assessor/Collector Gloria Ochoa, Commissioner Precinct 1 Roger Galvan, Commissioner Precinct 3 Neil Fritsch, Constabie Precinct 1 Gregory Falcon, Constable Precinct 2 Kenneth Wenske, Constabie Precinct 3 Bruce Blevins, Constable Precinct 4 Frtiz Wilke, and Constable PreCinct S Virgil Redding was absent.
