of correcting my record of marriage to Raymond E. Romo. On the
30th day of duly, 1955, I,Angelita Lara Romo and Raymond E. Romo
applied for a marriage license. Due to difficulty in understanding
the English Language, my first name was entered on our marriage
license.as Helen Lara instead of Angelita Lara. I am.the same
and identical person who was married to Raymond E. Romo under the
name of Helen Lara. This affidavit is for the sole purpose of
,�ammending my name on the original record -of marriage to_show my
correct name to be Angelita Lara instead of Helen Lara. Attached
is a copy of my birth certificate.
