Presentation of 2016 Distinguished Service Award to the Calhoun County Historical Commission. (MP) 6. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request for a Juvenile Case Manager Position. (MP) 7. Consider and Take Necessary Action to amend the 2017 Salary Order. (MP) 8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on specifications for the Lease of Land for Dry Land Farming and authorize the County Auditor to advertise for bids. (VL) 9. Consider and Take Necessary Action on specifications for Base Operator and Airport Manager Agreement and authorize the County Auditor to advertise for bids. (VL) 10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on the 2017-2018 Texas Association of Counties Health Renewal and Benefit Confirmation for Calhoun County's group insurance rates. Said increase of rates will take effect on October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Authorize County Judge to sign necessary documents. (MP) 17. Consider and Take Necessary Action on FY 2018 Texas VINE Renewal. This includes the R-14 Maintenance Renewal with the Office of the Attorney General and R-14 Service Agreement Renewal with Appriss and Authorize County Judge to sign all necessary agreements. (MP) 18. Consider and Take Necessary Action on two appointments to the General Assembly of the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission and one appointment to the Board of Directors. (MP) 19.
