The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on August 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the
Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun
County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Approve Minutes of July 27, 2017 and August 10, 2017.
5. Hear from Port O'Connor Citizens Group regarding the Installation of Ventilation fans at the Port
O'Connor Community Center Pavilion with a value to be determined at a later date and take any action
deemed necessary. (KF)
6. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for the Lease of Land for Dry Land Farming and
authorize the County judge to sign any necessary documents. (MP)
7. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve Plans and Specifications for Replacing Windows in the
Ag Building at the Calhoun County Fairgrounds and authorize the County Auditor to advertise for bids.
A mandatory pre -bid meeting will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017. Bids will be due Tuesday,
October 17, 2017 and considered for award on Thursday, October 26, 2017. (DH)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Independent Audit Report for the year ended December 31,
