24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211
S. Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Hear from William DiLibero, Port Lavaca City Manager regarding Assistance in Tire
Recycling/Collection Program to be held Saturday, November 8, 2018 and take any
action deemed necessary. (MP)
5. Consider and take necessary action on Final Plat of The Pointe at Caracol, located in Port
O'Connor, Texas. (KF)
6. Consider and take necessary action on request by Moreman Gin to temporarily store
cotton modules on Rigby Road. (1{F)
7. Consider and take necessary action to close Rigby Road from the back gate of Dow to
State Highway 35. (KF)
8. Consider and take necessary action on Request by Calhoun County Sheriff's Office to
use Jail Telephone Commissioned Funds for the purchase of a jail van for prisoner
transport from Caldwell Country Ford -Chevrolet. (See attached quote) (MP)
9. Accept reports of the following County Offices:

12. Consider and take necessary action to pre -approve expenditures by incumbent County or
precinct officer(s) under County's Policy of Compliance with LGC 130.908. (MP)
13. Approval of bills and payroll.
14. Public discussion of County matters.
