28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211
S. Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Consider and take necessary action on request by Commissioner Precinct #3 to purchase
2019 Dodge Ram 1500 VIN 1G6RR6FGOJS324695 from Grapevine Dodge Chrysler
Jeep and authorize Commissioner Syma to sign any necessary documents. (CS)
5. Consider and take necessary action to authorize a loan in the amount of $33,038.13 from
the general farad to the grants fund for the 2018 Homeland Security Grant Program
Award #EMW-2016-SS-00056 and 2018-SS-0022-SOI. (MP)
6. Accept reports of the following County Offices:

7. Consider and take necessary action to declare certain items of County property at the

8. Consider and take necessary action to declare certain items of County property at the
Calhoun County Library as Waste and authorize disposal of same. (See list) (MP)
9. Consider and take necessary action to accept donations to the Calhoun County Library.
