Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve Minutes of December 5, 2018 and December 12, 2018 Meetings. 5. Consider and take necessary action on Tax Abatement Agreement with Formosa Plastics, Texas for Propane Dehydrogenation Unit (PDII) for $300 Million Dollar investment and 20 permanent jobs created and authorize County Judge to sign all related documents. (MP) 6. Hear from Galen Johnson of the Port Alto/Olivia Volunteer Fire Department regarding the ambulance agreement for Port Alto/Olivia VFD and take any action deemed necessary. (CS) 7. Consider and take necessary action on Resolution Authorizing the Submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant Program Application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for the Community Enhancement Fund with a match of $125,000. Previous Resolution stated a match of $37,500. (MP) 8. Consider and take necessary action to award bid for the Calhoun County Roof Repairs and authorize County Judge to sign all necessary documents. (MP) 9. Consider and take necessary action to award bid for Inmate Food Services for the Calhoun County Adult Detention Center for the Period beginning January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2019 with the option to renew yearly upon Commissioners' Court approval and authorize the County Judge to sign the Contract. (MP) 10. Consider and take necessary action to award bid for combined services for Inmate Telephone Services and Resident Banking Software, Commissary Service and Fiduciary Management Services for the Calhoun County Adult Detention Center for the two year period beginning February 15, 2019 and ending February 14, 2021 with the option to renew yearly upon Commissioners' Court approval and authorize the County Judge to sign all necessary documents. Consider and take necessary action to award bids for Insecticides for Mosquito Control for the period beginning January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2019. (MP) 13. Consider and take necessary action to award bids for Asphalts, Oils and Emulsions for the period beginning January 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2019. (MP) 14. Consider and take necessary action to award bids for Road materials for the period beginning January 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2019. (MP) 15. Pass Order Setting Day of Week, Location and Alternate Location of Regular term for Commissioners' Court for 2019 Calendar Year. (MP) 16. Consider and take necessary action on Affiliation Agreement between Lifesource Educational Services, LLC (LES) and Calhoun County EMS for students enrolled in the Emergency Medical Services Program at LES and authorize EMS Director Dustin Jenkins to sign. (MP) 17. Consider and take necessary action to acknowledge an increase in the Sheriff's Forfeited Property Fund 2860-999-74050 Vehicle $3,494. (MP) 18. Consider and take necessary action to accept checks from Texas Port Recycling in the amounts of $323.85 and $222.70 and deposit in Precinct #4 Road & Bridge 2018 Budget. (IU) 19. Public Hearing on the matter of amending the 2018 and 2019 Calhoun County Budgets. 20. Consider and take necessary action to amend the 2018 and 2019 Calhoun County Budgets. (MP) 21. Consider and take necessary action to declare certain items of County Property in the Office of Constable Precinct #5 as Waste and remove from Inventory. (MP) 26. Consider and take necessary action to accept donation in the amount of $100 from Jackie Gregory for the Port O'Connor Community Center. (KP) 27.
