The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Consider and take necessary action to award bid for Chillers for the Calhoun County Adult Detention
Center and the Calhoun County Courthouse and authorize Calhoun County Judge to sign all necessary
documents. (MP)
5. Consider and take necessary action on Service Agreement with Physio Control Inc. and Calhoun County
EMS and authorize EMS Director Dustin Jenkins to sign. (MP)
6. Accept reports of the following County Offices:
i. Calhoun Tax Assessor/Collector
ii. County Treasurer
iii. County Sheriff
iv. District Clerk
v. County Clerk
vi. Justices of Peace
vii. County Auditor
viii. Floodplain Administration
ix. Extension Service
x. Adult Detention Center SHP Medical
7. Consider and take action on any necessary budget adjustments.
8. Approval of bills and payroll.
9. Public discussion of County matters.
