WHEREAS, the Calhoun County Election Commission convened in open meeting on g
March 11, 2019 at a properly posted meeting to consider the appointment of an Elections

WHEREAS, pursuant to Texas Elections Code §31.032 the Calhoun County Election K-E
Commission is filing this Resolution to evidence the appointment of an Elections Administrator;and .:
WHEREAS,after careful consideration of all the applicants the Commission unanimously
chose Mary Ann Orta to be appointed as the Calhoun County Elections Administrator and have w

adopted the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Calhoun County Elections Commission:
1. The Commission makes the following appointment:
Mary Ann Orta shall be appointed as the Calhoun County Elections Administrator.
