Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve Minutes of June 27, 2018. 5. Hear report from Geri Kline, 4-11 Agent regarding 4-H progress and 4-H at State. (MP) 6. Consider and take necessary action on appointments/re-appointments to Westside Calhoun County Navigation and Development District. (KF) 7. Consider and take necessary action on contract services with GOVPlanet and authorize Commissioner Vern Lyssy to sign agreement. (VL) 8. Consider and take necessary action on request for issuance of County Credit card for Jenny McGrew of Calhoun County Sheriff's Department. (MP) 9. Consider and take necessary action on Lease agreement between Xerox and the Calhoun County District Attorney's Office for two Xerox copiers and authorize County Judge to sign. (MP) 10. Consider and take necessary action on Imposition of Calendar Year 2019 Optional County Fees and authorize County Judge to send Fee Update to Texas Department Of Motor Vehicles. (MP) 11. Consider and take necessary action on letter from Calhoun County Appraisal District regarding Quarterly Budget Payments to the Calhoun County Appraisal District and authorize County Judge to send letter to Appraisal District regarding Schedule of Payments. (MP) 12. Consider and take necessary action on Voluntary Vision Insurance at sole cost to the employees for the plan year of 2018-2019. (MP) 13. Executive Session: The Commissioners' Court shall go into executive session, if necessary, as authorized by Texas Government Code §551.071 to seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Consider and take necessary action to declare certain items of County property in the office of the County Clerk as surplus/salvage and remove from inventory. (See list) (MP) 18. Consider and take necessary action to transfer an IBM Wheelwriter Typewriter, Inventory 4403-0076, SN 11-XG842 from the office of the County Clerk to the Office of the County Judge. (MP) 19. Consider and take necessary action to transfer a typing table, Inventory No. 450-0011 from the office of the County Cleric to the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office. (MP) 20. Consider and take action on any necessary budget adjustments. 21.
