The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday, July 18,
2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S.
Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Hear report from Memorial Medical Center.
5. Consider and take necessary action to award bid for Repairs to Magnolia Beach (21st
Street), Indianola & Six Mile Fishing Piers and authorize the County Judge to sign all
necessary documents. (DH & VL)
6. Consider and take necessary action on Preliminary Plat of Villa Pesca Subdivision which
is a replat of Lots 1 & 2 of Captain's Corner Subdivision in Port O'Connor, Texas. (KF)
7. Consider and take necessary action on Memorandum of Understanding between Calhoun
County Independent School District and Calhoun County to Establish Terms and
Conditions for CCISD to be incorporated into Calhoun County's Hazard Mitigation Plan.

8. Consider and take necessary action to accept $22,500 in grant monies from Rebuild
Texas Fund and the Center for Disaster Philanthropy for the Harvey Preparedness Grant
Round into Precinct 1's budget and authorize all appropriate signatures. (DH)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Calhoun County Clerk's Records Archive Plan for
2018-2019. (MP)
10. Consider and take necessary action on resignation of Allyson Abraham from the Calhoun
County Parks Board. (CS)
11. Consider and take necessary action on Class Action Lawsuit under the Payments In Lieu
of Taxes Act (PILT Act) for Fiscal years 2015, 2016, and 2017. (MP)
12. Accept reports of the following County Offices:

office of the District Clerk as Surplus/Salvage and remove from Inventory. (See List)

16. Consider and take necessary action to pre=approve expenditures by incumbent County or
precinct officer(s) under County's Policy of Compliance with LGC 130.908. (MP)
