The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Monday, June 11, at
10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann
Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.

4. Approve Minutes of May 23, 2018 Meeting.
5. Hear Report from Memorial Medical Center.
6. Consider and take necessary action to award Bid for Bulk Fuel to be delivered for period
from June 16, 2018 to July 15, 2018. (MP)
7. Consider and take necessary action on EMS First Responder Affiliation Agreement
(FRO) as required by Texas Department of State health Services rule 157.14 (c) (1) (2).

8. Consider and take necessary action to acknowledge Amendment in District Attorney's
2018 Forfeiture Fund in the amount of $1,000. (MP)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Rental Agreement between the Calhoun County
Auditor and FP Mailing Solutions on a PostBase 30 Postage Meter and authorize County
Auditor to sign. (MP)
10. Consider and take necessary action on yearly maintenance contract between the Calhoun
county Auditor and DeWitt Poth & Son on a Kyocera printer, model number FC9530DN,
Serial No. PPP3Y09392 and authorize County Auditor to sign. (MP)

11. Consider and take necessary action on request by La Ward Telephone and SRG services
to further extend fiber cable upgrade to include the following additional areas in Port

12. Consider and take necessary action on appointment to the Radio Board. (DH)

14. Consider and take necessary action on Order Prohibiting Certain Fireworks in the

office of Juvenile Probation as Surplus/Salvage and remove from Inventory. (See List).
