The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday, June 27,
2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S.
Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Consider and take necessary action on Addendum No. 1 to the Contract Documents,
Contract Drawings and/or Specifications for Repairs to Magnolia Beach (21" Street),
Indianola & Six Mile Fishing Piers. (DH, VL)
5. Consider and take necessary action on request by Emergency Management for
authorization to apply for a Preparedness grant through the Center for Disaster
Philanthropy and the Rebuild Texas Fund for emergency cots and toilet supplies for
$3,155.58 with no cost to the county. (MP)
6. Consider and take necessary action on request by Commissioner Precinct #2 to open a
credit account with Amsoil, Inc. (VL)
7. Consider and take necessary action to accept resignation of Peggy Gains from the Parks
Board based upon Texas Local Government Code Section 320.021 and Section 321.021.

9. Consider and take action to transfer a Letter size 4 drawer file cabinet from the office of
the County Clerk to Juvenile Probation. (MP)

11. Consider and take necessary action to pre -approve expenditures by incumbent County or
precinct officer(s) under County's Policy of Compliance with LGC 130.908. (MP)
12. Approval of bills and payroll.
