The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday, December
26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211
S. Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Approve Minutes of December 19, 2018 Meeting.
5. Consider and take necessary action on Final Plat of Matagorda Bayview Subdivision
Section 1 in Port O'Connor, Texas. (KF)
6. Consider and take necessary action on Final Plat of Replat of Outlot 1, Outblock 12, Port
O'Connor, Texas. (KF)
7. Consider and take necessary action on request by EMS Director to apply for 2019 VFIS
Health and Wellness Grant in the amount of $4,521.50. (MP)
8. Consider and take necessary action to accept check from Texas Port Recycling in the
amount of $107.95 to be placed in Precinct 4 Road and Bridge 2018 Budget. (KF)
9. Consider and take necessary action on purchase of 2019 Caterpillar 430172 Backhoe
loader by Precinct 1 utilizing Equipment Lease/Purchase through Welch State Bank and
authorize all appropriate signatures. (DH)
10. Accept reports of the following County Offices:

11. Consider and take necessary action to transfer Asset No. 24-0370 Gradall XL3100 4X4 to
Precinct 1 and remove from Precinct 4 Asset Inventory Report. (KF)
12. Consider and take action on any necessary budget adjustments.
13. Consider and take necessary action to pre -approve expenditures by incumbent County or
precinct officer(s) under County's Policy of Compliance with LGC 130.908. (MP)
14. Approval of bills and payroll.
15. Public discussion of County matters.
