Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Consider and take necessary action on appointment of Election Judges and Alternate Judges for a two year term to begin on September 1, 2018 and ending on August 31, 2010. (MP) 5. Consider and take necessary action on request by Elections Administrator to raise Election Judges and Clerks Salary from $8.50 to $9.00 per hour. (MP) 6. Consider and take necessary action on request by Calhoun County Fair Board to allow alcohol to be sold at the 2018 Calhoun County Fair at designated locations. (DH) 7. Consider and take necessary action on request by Commissioner Precinct #2 to trade in a 2003 Case JX-95 tractor, asset #22-0294 for the purchase of a John Deere 5100E Utility Tractor, PIN#1LV5100EVJJ403533 and authorize Commissioner Lyssy to sign all necessary documents.
