2018-09-05 CC AGENDANOTICE OF MEETING The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve Minutes of July 25, 2018 Meeting. 5. Consider and take necessary action on Amendment to Novus International, Inc. Tax Abatement dated Effective January 1, 2019 to change effective date to January 1, 2020, changes related to date change and authorize Judge Pfeifer to sign all documents related to Amendment. (MP) 6. Consider and take necessary action on Adjusted Calhoun County EMS 2017 Ambulance Services Cost Report and authorize EMS Director Dustin Jenkins to sign certification pages. (MP) 7. Consider and take necessary action on Funding Opportunities for Calhoun County Precincts through the Hurricane Crisis Cooperative by the Centers for Disease and Prevention for Mosquito Control. (DH) 8. Consider and take necessary action on Sales Agreement with Holt Texas LTD and authorize Commissioner Finster to sign. (KF) 9. Consider and take necessary action on Order from District Judges setting salaries of County Auditor and Assistants for fiscal year 2019 and approving the number of assistants for the Auditor's office for fiscal year 2019. (MP) 10. Consider and take necessary action on Texas Department of Transportation Grant for Routine Airport Maintenance Program (TxDOT Project No. M1913PTLA) and authorize all appropriate signatures.
