The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Award bid for bulk fuel to be delivered for period beginning September 16, 2018 and
ending October 15, 2018. (MP)
5. Hear report from Memorial Medical Center.
6. Consider and take necessary action on selection of Project Grant Administrator for the
Memorial Medical Center Texas Community Development Block: Grant. (MP)
7. Consider and take necessary action on Extension of GLO Contract No. 16-384-000-9971
Amendment No. 3 and authorize Commissioner Syma to sign any necessary documents.

Official Court Reporters and the Official Alternate Court Reporter of the 24th, 135th, and
