4. Approve Minutes of July 3, 2018 Meeting.
5. Hear from Patti Fitzpatrick, President of the Heritage Center Board, regarding
Transportation for Medicare and Medicaid patients in Calhoun County, and take any
action deemed necessary. (MP)
6. Consider and take necessary action on Texas Department of Agriculture Texans Feeding
TEXANS: HOME -DELIVERED MEAL GRANT PROGRAM Resolution Authorizing
County Grant Program Year 2019 and authorize County Judge to sign. (MP)
7. Hear from the Friends of the Port O'Connor Library and accept the donation of the Port
O'Connor Library at an approximate value of $600,000. (KF)
8. Consider and take necessary action on Contractual Agreement with Valley View
Consultants as Calhoun County's Investment Advisors and authorize County Judge to
sign. (MP)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Precincts #1 and 42 Pier Damage Repairs —
Construction Inspections Proposal with G&W and authorize appropriate signatures. (DH,
VL)
10. Consider and take necessary action on Maintenance Agreement with Hurt's Wastewater
Management for the septic system located at Magnolia Beach new restrooms and
authorize Commissioner Hall to sign agreement. (DH)
11. Consider and take necessary action on renewal of aerobic septic system service contract
with Geigle's Utilities for Precinct #2 and authorize Commissioner Lyssy to sign
contract. (VL)
