period beginning August 16, 2018 and ending September 15, 2018. (MP)
6. Hear report from Memorial Medical Center.
7. Consider and take necessary action on Jail roof coating. (MP)
Consider and take necessary action on Re -Build Texas Fund Grant Award and
Agreement in the amount of $3,156 and authorize the County Judge to sign. (MP)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Memorandum of Understanding between Texas
A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Calhoun County Pertaining to Information
Technology Services and authorize Geri Kline, Calhoun County Extension Agent to sign.
(MP)
10. Consider and take necessary action on renewal of aerobic septic system service contract
for Precinct #2 with Geigle's Utilities and authorize Commissioner Lyssy to sign. (VL)
11. Consider and take necessary action on First Amendment to SAVNS Maintenance Grant
Contract extending the term of the original contract to August 31, 2019 and authorize
County Judge to sign. (MP)
12. Consider and take necessary action on FY 2019 SAVNS Maintenance Grant Contract
with the Office of the Attorney General in the amount of $6,389.38 and authorize the
County Judge to sign. (MP)
13. Consider and take necessary action on request by Calhoun County Sheriff's Office that
the County Auditor conduct the audit of the Sheriff s FY2017 Asset Forfeiture Funds and
sign as required by Code of Criminal Procedure Article 50.06. (MP)
