4. Approve Minutes of July 9, 2018 Special Meeting.
5. Consider and take necessary action on request by Memorial Medical Center to submit
Texas Community Development Block Grant Program Community Enhancement Fund
Application. (MP)
6. Consider and take necessary action to declare a 1997 Ford Aerostar Van VIN
1FMCA1 IUOVZA47187 at Memorial Medical Center as surplus/salvage and authorize
the sale to the City of Port Lavaca Fire Department for $1.00. (MP)
7. Consider and take necessary action on request by Flip Flop festival to use the County
Fairgrounds for over flow parking on September I't and 2"d 2018. (SH)
Consider and take necessary action to rescind action on August 8, 2018 regarding the
Memorandum of Understanding between Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and
Calhoun County Pertaining to Information Technology Services. (MP)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Memorandum of Understanding between Texas
A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Calhoun County Pertaining to Information
Technology Services and authorize County Judge to sign. (MP)
10. (10:30 a.m.) The Court will meet in a Financial Workshop with the Memorial Medical
Center CEO, CFO and the MMC Board Members.(MP)
11. Take any action deemed necessary on matters discussed in Financial Workshop with
MMC. (MP)
