Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve Minutes of August 22, 2013 and September 3, 2013 Meetings. 5. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center. 6. Award bids for Fuel to be delivered for the period September 16, 2013 through October 15, 2013. (CM) Consider and Take Necessary Action on Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 2014-000020-00 in the amount of $30,041 and authorize Dr. Bain Cate to digitally sign for Calhoun County. (Dr. C) 8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Resignation of Veterans' Service Officer Joe R. Pena. (MP) 9. Consider and Take Necessary Action on First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for Fire Services by and between the City of Port Lavaca and Calhoun County and authorize County Judge to sign. Amendment changes the measurement period described in paragraph 3.2 in the original agreement with regard to Municipal Cost Index to April 1 to April 1 of each year of the agreement. (MP) 10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on 2014 Victim Information & Notification Everyday (VINE) Program and Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) grant contract and authorize County Judge to sign. Consider and Take Necessary Action to transfer Asset #24-0391, Rosco RMT 1000 Asphalt Distributor, from Precinct 4 Road & Bridge Inventory to Precinct 1 Road & Bridge Inventory. (KF) 33.
