Consider and take necessary action to approve the Final Plat of Brown Subdivision, being a replat of Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 in Block A of Swan Point Subdivision situated in the Felix De La Fuentes Survey, Abstract No. 13 of Calhoun County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume Z, Page 370 of the Calhoun County Plat Records. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Final Plat of Caracol Resubdivision No. 7, being a replat of Lots 57 and 58 of Caracol Subdivision situated in the Santiago Gonzales Survey, Abstract No. 19 of Calhoun County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume Z, Page 712 of the Calhoun County Plat Records. Consider and take necessary action to accept a revised CEPRA grant from the Texas General Land Office in the amount of $40,762.80 for the engineering of the Boggy Nature Park Stabilization, Phase I and authorize Commissioner Reese to sign all pertinent documents; matching funds in the amount of $27,175.20 to be paid from GOMESA funds. (GR) 14. Consider and take necessary action on FEMA-4332-DR-TX Project Completion and Certification Report for Project Worksheet #973 Adult Detention Center and the Duplication of Benefits form and authorize the County Judge to sign. (RM) 15. Consider and take necessary action to place funds from scrap metal recycling in the amount of $840.45 to be placed into Precinct 1 Budget Account #540-53510 Road and Bridge Supplies. (DH) 16. Consider and take necessary action on a Resolution of Commissioners Court authorizing signatories for the Community Development Block Grant — Disaster Recovery Grant from the Texas General Land Office for local intrastructure programs. (RM) 17. Consider and take necessary action for Road & Bridge, Precinct 2, to open a credit account with EquipmentShare.com and authorize Commissioner Lyssy to sign. (VL) 18.
