being the owner of Lots
3A, 3B, 3C, and 3D of the resubdivision of part of Lot 3,
Block A, Tilley Addition, City of Port Lavaca, Calhoun
County, Texas as recorded in Volume Z ,Page 537 ,
Calhoun County maps and plat records, does hereby make and
publish limitations and restrictions which are to apply to
all the above lots and become a part of all contracts of sales,
deeds and other legal instruments whereby title or possession
is divested out of the undersigned and subsequent owners of all
lots contained within said resubdivision. All of the limitations
contained herein shall be covenants running with the land and shall
extend to and include the heirs, assigns, and holders of every
kind of and under all who may purchase or acquire any of the
property described from Willie E. Wideman or his successors and
assigns, and reserves in every part, parcel, and lot in said
resubdivision the proprietary right to the enforcement and
observance of all limitations and restrictions set forth, and
further assigns to the City of Port Lavaca the power to
enforce said limitations and restrictions in all their particulars
but continuning to reserve the proprietary right hereinbefore
reserved.
1. All lots covered by these restrictions shall be used
only for the installation of mobile homes except that
one temporary storage building not exceeding one hundred
square feet in size may be constructed on each lot
provided it meets all code requirements of the City of
Port Lavaca.
2. Only one mobile home may be installed on each lot.
3. These restrictions shaLl apply and remain in Force
untill_ the land is r.esubdivi_ded into lots that meet
