10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann
Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.

4. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center.
5. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Appointment of Dr. John B. Wright to the Board
of Managers of Memorial Medical Center. (JA)
6. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period
January 16, 2012 through February 15, 2012. (CM)
7. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for Inmate Telephone Services for the
period beginning February 15, 2012 and ending February 14, 2015 and authorize the
County Judge to sign contract and all necessary documents. (EM) (CM)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to Advertise for Proposals for Insurance and Risk Management Consultant
Services. Proposals will be due Thursday, February 16, 2012 and will be considered for
award on Thursday, February 23, 2012. (CM)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action on reappointment of Bain C. Cate, M.D. as Local
Health Authority for Calhoun County for a term of two years. (Dr. C.)
10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Professional Services Agreement with G&W
Engineers, Inc., for Rock Groin at Magnolia Beach Boat Ramp and authorize County
Judge to sign. (RG)
11. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Professional Land Surveying Agreement with
G&W Engineers, Inc., for Green Lake in the amount of $72,000.00. (MP)
12. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request by Our Lady of the Gulf to serve
alcoholic beverages at the Valentine Gala at the airport hangar. (VL)
