Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Consider and Take Necessary Action on the following Proclamations and present to Simon Desoto of the Galveston District, US Army Corps of Engineers. (MP) (1) National Military Appreciation Months (May and June, 2012) (2) Learn to Swim Well Campaign Kickoff (May 24, 2012) 5. Hear Report from Memorial Medical Center. 6. Consider and Take Necessary Action to accept Operation Stonegarden FY2011 grant award of $298,229. (BB) (Loan from General Fund approved at previous Commissioners' Court) 7. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request by Maintenance Supervisor for County Credit Card. (EW) 8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on $5,421 amendment to Coastal Impact Assistance Program (CIAP/Green Lake) grant management services contract with SmarttGrants (Kathy Smartt). (CM) 9. Consider and Take Necessary Action to authorize loan from general fund to Capital Project-CIAP Coastal Improvements fund to pay additional administrational services for Green Lake. (CM) 10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Easement Agreement with John Behrens to improve drainage in Precinct 43 and authorize Commissioner Fritsch to sign. (NF) 11. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Contract Amendment from Department of State Health Services to Calhoun County Health Department in the Amount of $7,046.72. (Dr. C) 12. Public Hearing on the matter of amending the 2011 and 2012 Calhoun County Budgets. 13. Consider and Take Necessary Action to amend the 2011 and 2012 Calhoun County Budgets. (CM) 14. Executive Session: The Commissioners' Court shall go into Executive Session as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapter D. Following is the subject matter of the Executive Session and the Specific Section of the Open Meetings Act permitting discussion/deliberation in Executive Session.
