The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on March 10, 2011 at 10:00
a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street,
Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center.
5. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period
March 16, 2011 through April 15, 2011. (CM)
6. Consider and take necessary action to acknowledge 2010 construction -in -progress of
$139,543.53 donated by Friends of Seadrift Library, for a total project value of
$247,267.49 as of December 31, 2010. (KF)
7. Hear Report from Friends of Seadrift Library updating the progress of the library
including grants/contributions received. (KF)
8. Consider and take necessary action on updating the Calhoun County Ambulance Fleet.

9. Consider and take necessary action to authorize Road and Bridge Precinct #2 to apply for
credit with North America Fire Equipment Company Inc. (NAFECO) and authorize
Commissioner Lyssy to sign all necessary documents. (VL)

13. Consider and take necessary action to accept a donation of $6.67 from Teryl W. Taylor
and Kristi S. Taylor, owners of Doycar Vending, to the Calhoun County Sheriff's
Department Motivational Fund. (BB)
14. Consider and take necessary action to accept donations to Calhoun County.
15. Consider and take necessary action to declare the following items of property in the
office of the Justice of the Peace #4 as Surplus and remove from inventory: (Judge
Dworaczyk)
(1) Homemade shelves; Inventory #458-0050
(2) Computer, Athion 2P2500 Inventory #458-0065
16. Consider and take necessary action on the matter of declaring certain items of County
property as surplus/salvage.
17. Consider and take necessary action on matter of transferring certain items of County
property from one County department to another County Department. (See List)
18. Consider and take action on any necessary budget adjustments.
19. Consider and take necessary action on single source, emergency and public welfare
purchases and bills.
20. Public discussion of County matters.
