The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on April 28, 2011 at 10:00
a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street,
Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Approve Minutes of April 14, 2011 Meeting.
5. Consider and take necessary action on Abandonment of 0.5 acre tract at Alamo
Boulevard, Alamo Beach, Calhoun County as described in deed recorded in File #109598
of the Calhoun County Official Records. (RG)
6. Consider and take necessary action to declare the Port alto/Olivia Fire Station Project
Substantially Complete and Authorize payment of Retainage to Advantage Construction
in the amount of $5,429.10. (NF)
7. Consider and take necessary action on Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning. (MP)
8. Consider and take necessary action to Authorize Commissioner Neil E. Fritsch to submit
a Letter of Intent for the Gulf of Mexico Hydrological Restoration Partnership grant for
Port Alto Beach Wetlands. (NF)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Tax Resale Deed and Resolution providing for the
sale of a property Acquired by the County of Calhoun at Delinquent Tax Sale. Said
property being Lot 34, Alexander Schicke Subdivision No. 2, Calhoun County, Texas.

10. Public Hearing on the matter of amending the 2010 and 2011 Calhoun County Budgets.
11. Consider and take necessary action on amending the 2010 and 2011 Calhoun County
Budgets. (CM)

16. Consider and take necessary action to accept donations to Calhoun County.
17. Consider and take necessary action on matter of transferring certain items of County
property from one County department to another County Department. (See List)
18. Consider and take necessary action on the matter of declaring certain items of County
property as surplus/salvage. (See List)
19. Consider and take action on any necessary budget adjustments.
20. Consider and take necessary action on single source, emergency and public welfare
purchases and bills.
21. Public discussion of County matters.
