Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve Minutes of September 22, 2011 Meeting. 5. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize County Auditor to advertise for bids on Inmate Telephone Services. Bids will be due on or before Thursday, January 5, 2012 and considered for award on Thursday, January 12, 2012. (EM) (CM) 6. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize County Auditor to advertise for bids on Inmate Food Services. Bids will be due on Thursday, December 15, 2011 and considered for award on Thursday, December 22, 2011. (EM) Canvass returns of the November 8, 2011 Constitutional Amendments Election. (DG) 8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Comprehensive Fund Balance Policy in accordance with GASB-54. (CM) 9. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve closure of certain special revenue funds in compliance with GASB-54. (CM) 10. Public Hearing on the matter of changing the speed limit to 35 mph on the following county roads in Precinct #4: (KF) • Dierlam Road • Maddux Road • Braun Road • Loop Road • Wooldridge Road • Gates Road • Cemetery Road • Old Settlement Road • Swan Point Road • Harbor Road 11. Consider and take necessary action to accept donations to Calhoun County. 20. Consider and take necessary action on matter of transferring certain items of County property from one County department to another County Department. (See List) 21.
